The Owner strives to ensure the highest level of comfort and safety for every user of the Website’s services.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for personal data processing by the Owner, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, the Owner’s interaction with third parties, security measures, conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for users regarding access, modification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data and any questions concerning this Policy.
In addition to the information contained in this Policy, the Website may provide Users with additional and contextual information upon request regarding specific services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

When participating in paid or free courses/lessons of the Owner, the User agrees to the use of photo and video materials containing their image and voice for content creation, including—without limitation—for advertising purposes.
The User grants the Owner consent to process personal data for a period of 5 years from the date of provision. If such consent is not revoked upon expiration, it is automatically extended for another 5-year period, with no limit on the number of extensions.
The Owner reserves the right to use the information provided in the ways described above without additional approval or financial compensation to the User. The Owner may periodically update or amend these provisions unilaterally.
